i couldn't find a post related to the shortening of words. I'm useless at trying to figure them out.

obviously all different diets have different ways and wording, but would get helpful to get a all rounder of them.

I know ...

TTC : trying to conceive
SW : Slimming world

Thats about it! Haha....( it's the ttc forums I'm struggling with )

CD/CWP relates to Cambridge Diet/Cambridge Weight Plan, and CDC/CWPC is the Cambridge Counsellor. That's about as much as I can help you with! Is there one in particular you're struggling to figure out?

Erm not at the moment as such, but because I have pcos the thought of needing help to conceive is how it stands

PCOS is one of the few baby-related abbreviations I know! Sorry to hear that you're a sufferer, but I'm sure you'll get some great advice from the board.
