Help!

I'm having a bad day- I woke up feeling awful, killer back pain, tired and stressed about imminent school inspection and I really, really, really want a chocolate binge! I've just had a mint options but all I can think about is chocolate- its dancing round my head and I can't get my lesson plans written! I could cry! X
 
Have you given in?? I know exactly how you feel.... Try to remain focused on your goal and distract yourself. I should practice what I preach! xxx
 
Hi if you are so desparately in need i would have something like a curly wurly only 3 points, to get it out of your system as you may go on a mad binge if you try to avoid the chocloate lol x
 
Did u give in? U have done so well this wk beck pls don't give up, u will have a great loss to look forward to this week, I'm finding this wk really hard but I'm trying so hard not to give in, if u resist u will eventually not be bothered by it, I have times where I want to binge but I keep telling myself this is what made me fat, do I want to be fat or loose weight and be happy, then I go a few weeks without the urges! Does this make sense? How many lb have u till ur goal weight?
 
Hi guys- I gave in! The final straw was when I lost a lesson plan it had taken me ages to write! I was angry and stressed and feeling sorry for myself! I had a galaxy that would have been 19 points but I gave some to my colleague so counting it as 16. I've taken it from my weeklies and have 25 left which I shall save for Friday when we have friends for drinks.
I haven't given up the diet though and i am pleased with myself for counting, when I could easily have just written the whole day off and bought more choc on the way home.
Thanks for your support guys and Sarah what you said did make sense. I'm 13.5lb from my goal of 10st.
Tomorrow I will redeem myself! X
 
At least you counted the points :) starting with a fresh new head tomorrow is a great attitude. You can do it hun. We all seem to be struggling a little this week but we just have to dust ourselves off and keep trying xxx
 
Well the way I see it is u didnt ruin ur wk u still have loads of pp so it's fine! Well done on pointing at getting back on track! Like me I have a fair bit to loose in 12.5 and want to be 7.7! Have u lost lots already?
 
Oh sorry I read that wrong well done u only have 13.5 to loose, ur nearly there! I think u have done so well to get to where u r I wouldn't worry about the the little binge
 
Ah Sarah thing is I've been this close so many times before, but I am determined this time! I started out at 14st 4lb 6 yrs ago and have been up and down between 10st 10 and 12st over the last 4 yrs! This year I will reach goal! X

Great attitude! You WILL reach goal :D
 
R u gonna maintain through ww, that's what I think the plan is for me else I know I will go straight back to binging again
 
God yeah! I know this is it for life. I first joined 10 years ago and whenever I stop that's when I gain. I never want to be more than 12st again. X
