Hi could anyone tell me the syn value in light seafood sauce??

I can find the value for the full fat but not for the light?

Do you have the packet? If so you can work it out, its 1 syn per 20 calories as this sort of thing has no free food allowance. A level tbsp is 15g

That will be an average though, its no guarantee that your particular brand will be the same. Always best to check the exact brand if you can
