I am 42 years old and 5ft 4" and weight 74kgs (11st 5lbs) and would like to know how many pro-points I need to do during a day. I am going to buy the WW books from ebay and am not going to the classes, so would appreciate knowing how many points to aim for. I have joined a gym and go 5 mornings a week before work and am planning on sticking with it.
So could someone please advise how many Pro-points I should aim for a day to ideally lose 1.5 stone (if not more) by July 20th 2012 - my 43rd birthday.

Hi Bulldogdaisy - thanks for the info, how much does it change if I have in fact got heavier? I went to the gym this morning and was weighed and they put me at 12 stone...yikes that really is the heaviest I have ever been :( I shall be getting the pro points books in the next couple of days and am determined to shift the weight - and have also been given a new training routine at the gym too.
