I have a planned break on 11th may for food tasting at wedding venue. I'm terrified I won't be able to get back on track after :.(
 
You will Kim! Stop worrying! Just taste the food and straight back on it the following morning. Be strict with yourself and keep focused on the end goal. You CAN and you WILL do this xx
