Ahhhhhh!
Hello everyone :) started SW over a week ago and had my first WI on Sat. Managed to lose 6pounds, now I don't know how! Lol.
I've been sticking to the red diet as I thought it was easier to understand! I thought that meats, veg, pasta and potatoes were all free and you have your HE of milk, cheese etc but now I've heard pasta and potatoes are not free and are part of HE! If this is the case I've defo been going over my HE a day! Lol

Hi Hun

The extra easy plan is the one where you only have to count your milk/cheese, cereals/bread/cereal bars/soups/tinned fruit as a healthy extra.
On extra easy you can only have 1 HEA and 1 HEB but on red you can have 2 of each.

On the red plan you need to count the potatoes, pasta, pulses and beans as a healthy extra b choice as well as the others above.
There is a red day thread on here which ElleBear started and we've all been sharing red day meals on there.
Do you have the new 2013 book?
The red/green plan is in a separate book to extra easy so might be worth having a good read over it.
