i feel so stupid for asking this but is a veg stir fry superfree or just free?

Depends on what veg are in it! check your book - chances are, most of it is superfree, soy sauce is free but other sauces liek chow mein or black bean will have syns, but not many.

it doesnt have any sauce with it, it was just like a pack of stir fry i bought in the veg and fruit isle in the supermarket x

Most stir fry packs are mostly superfree. Some have sweetcorn in them and thats free on green and extra easy, but the rest counts as superfree! Mushrooms, cabbage, beansprouts, onions, peppers etc are all superfree!

Thanks so much i looked at the back of the packet when i got home and i seen that it had 50% beansprouts and thats what i wasnt to sure of, thanks for clearing that up xxx
