U signed up to slimming world on Monday so new to all this can anyone tell me how many syns a Tesco Char grill chicken bacon layered salad is on extra easy? Thanks x

Unfortunately prepacked salads like this are usually pretty high as they usually contain mayo / oil / fat.

^^^ is this the salad you had? If so, I'm afraid it's 20 Syns on Extra Easy!

You could easily make up your own low Syn version though. Lots of yummy salad, grilled chicken (skin removed) and bacon (fat removed), maybe a little cooked pasta and some lighter than light mayo (Synned), etc.

Thanks sorry only just seen the reply. I thought it was pretty high in syns but was for my partner as he asked me to check
