I make up batches of bolognese / soup etc on the weekend and freeze separate portions. All lean meats are free and SW chips are easy to make, gammon, chips and salad is my favourite at the moment. SW is all about planning and making yourself aware of what you're eating, convenience foods aren't really encouraged but with so many free / super free foods to choose from, I can whip a meal in 20 minutes that's yummy and completely SW friendly. I enjoy a baked potato with beans and my hex of cheese when I really can't be bothered to cook.

K x

Iv done slimming world before I lost a lot of weight but that was green and red days now its extra easy. Im currently living with my boyfriends grandparents so I need easy quick food im n8t sure the tome is right for slimming world for me x

Maybe at this present time weight watchers would work better as the onus with them is more on convenient meals than slimming world. They have A LOT of branded ready meals and snacks (something we don't do) and all the supermarkets do their own weight watcher friendly versions. Whilst I am not saying they don't all fit with slimming world, as I know many do, the premise, as you will know from doing it before, is on making your own meals and snacks so you know that what you eat is on plan and with no hidden extras.

I have done both diets and weight watchers is good for convenience definitely but the ethos of slimming world and having to make family meals suits my life 100% better at this point. Its all personal preference. Plus I don't have to weigh anything or count points (used to get obsessive!!!)

Im already doing ww thanks x

Yeah why not have a trail SW week and see how you feel. I've done WW in the past and found the point counting didn't really work for me. I've only been on SW a week but so far I think it's going really well, the weigh in tomorrow will be the true test though.
