Welcome! You've given yourself plenty of time, which is good. SW is perfect as in the long-term it's easier to follow and stick to.
The main tips I'd give you are:
1) be organised- to stick to it, you'll need to eat plenty of Superfree and Free foods, so you'll need plenty of fruit and veg, lean meats etc in the house. I find it helpful to make a shopping list / meal plan (either for the week, or a few days, depending on how often you go shopping), and buy the stuff you'll need in one go. If you're new to cooking from scratch, that takes time, and it's a PAIN when you realise you're missing some vital ingredient just before you start!
2) write down EVERYTHING you eat- it's easy to "forget" about the biscuits or crisps you grab on the go. I've notebook that I start a new page in every morning, and write down everything as I go along.
3) don't guesstimate your syns- it's better to admit that you had too many than guess or pretend that you were within them. For your Health Extras, make sure you have the quantities correct- eg, it's very easy to go over your milk allowance if you're having coffees throughout the day.
When you don't get home to 7.30, are you having your dinner then? If so, I'd try to make big dinners like stirfries and bolognaise a few nights a week so every 2nd day you're just heating up left overs. Starting from scratch every night would leave me starving til after 8pm. For your lunch, do you bring it with you, or have a work canteen/shop? I make veggie soup and freeze it, so I can take one with me each day.
