Glad that day 1 has gone ok for you. I have a soup, a bar (Tesco Ultraslim Raspberry or Chocolate), and a shake each day. I enjoy the soups the most but make them with extra water as I find them a bit 'gloupy' otherwise. I also like to add some black pepper and sometimes chilli flakes. The Tesco bars are nice - quite big too so I tend to have these either in thirds or halfs throughout the day. The shakes are my least favourite but are still ok.
