onwards and downwards
Hi everyone,
I thought I would introduce myself. Ive been on every diet going. Ive been on I think 3 of the groups on here. I realise I have to make some major changes. Ive always stayed away from calorie counting as I have been too lazy and always looking for the quick fix. Been there done that and put all the weight back on.
So why calorie counting now...Im fed up of my weight and the health issues associated with it. Ive made some major changes in my life. A new job and reduction in hours, I am going to sign up for the Race for Life. i need to start thinking about myself.
Plan
1. decide on calorie intake.
2. plan a weeks food.
3. set a mini goal.
