Hey guys... Well here I go,, sachets waiting on side! Tomorrow day 1 of a long journey!! Chemist wasn't overly enthusiastic! Good job I got you guys! Anything I need to know other than what's on the carrier bag? Lol just put sachet in shaker add water and shake?? Voila? Any 3 times of the day? Or preferably breakfast, lunch and dinner? Any tips for the week? Sorry that's prob a very newb thing to say,, I will Deffo be going through everyone's posts and diaries when I'm miserable next week! Also anyone want to buddy up? Think it would be good to have a friend over the next few weeks!! Stats - 5 6' ... Not confident enough to say weight but got at least 6 stone to lose until I'm just in the healthy bmi! Done every single diet.. Good and bad...Plan is to try very hard to stay on lt until Xmas (yes I know easy to say at this point!!!) but very determined and 'in the zone' more than I can say for the past few months! Love this forum and know all you guys are here to help!! :)
 
Hey!! How are u finding Lipotrim? On day 4 and it nearly killing me hahaha not hungry just miss eating!!!! Hoping for a good result on Tuesday to make it feel worthwhile!!
 
Hey good luck Jeni, you will be fine. Get the first 3/4 days out the way and you will be cruising :D
 
Hey!! I'm on day 3...hunger pangs are fading now but had bad mood swings today...down to everyone talking about food...i felt deprived!! all i do is keep picturing myself in a swimsuit looking 'passable'. There is no way i will be going on holiday feeling the way i do.. so i'm 100% dedicated!! xx
 
Thanks Kay! Well done kelz! Ive told everyone around me not to talk about food! It doesn't exist anymore! How you finding the shakes ok? Are you working? Worried about concentration on Monday!!

Yeah i work mon, tues, thurs & fri - all 10.5 hour shifts so keeps my mind off it!! i really enjoy the shakes...how bout you? i am tempted to try the bars but my pharmacist said that others said they dont taste that nice
 
Day 1 tomorrow so I'll let you know!! Yeh not heard good things about the bars or the soup! See how I get on with the shakes!! Oo nervous now! Excited to tho!!

you can make shakes slightly tastier by adding coffee - kinda makes a mocha coffee - but chilled of course. also with the soup great with ground black pepper. You so get use to the sachets and remind yourself it will be worth it!! :)
 
Peppermint tea with chocolate shake is lush :) I put mine in freezer for half hour just so there chilled.

first diet i have ever done , wow this is hard, i feel like giving up already does it get harder before it gets easier? help.
 
Hi kernow day 2 was my hardest after that I felt great took me a while to stomach the shakes I'm on day 17 and everything is super. Each person is different. Good luck on your LT journey.
 
Hi kernow.. On day 2 not to bad!! Keep busy... my house is sparkling! I hear the 1st 7 days are the worse.. Then it's gets a lot easier.. So let's get through them together!! GL!! :)
