Well i finally bit the bullet and went back to class nearly 2 weeks ago (after many failed attempts to stick to it at home). Was not even told about the red/green days when i went so thought i would give the ee days a go as everyone seemed to be doing that one. Had first weigh-in last Thurs and only lost 2lb! I know i know 2lb is still good but was really hoping for more like 4 in my first week! Consultant went through my food diary and everything seemed fine (& i had been completely honest).So i've decided to go bk to green days to see if i do any beta and hoping for a good loss this week. could it be that ee is just not for me??? Getting a bit dispondent
