Well i finally bit the bullet and went back to class nearly 2 weeks ago (after many failed attempts to stick to it at home). Was not even told about the red/green days when i went so thought i would give the ee days a go as everyone seemed to be doing that one. Had first weigh-in last Thurs and only lost 2lb! I know i know 2lb is still good but was really hoping for more like 4 in my first week! Consultant went through my food diary and everything seemed fine (& i had been completely honest).So i've decided to go bk to green days to see if i do any beta and hoping for a good loss this week. could it be that ee is just not for me??? Getting a bit dispondent:(
 
The first few weeks is when most ppl give up. Don't let what is actually a good loss make you give up. As if you weren't on plan what would of happened that week you might of gained 2lb.

I've done ee and lost 18lb so ee does work but I like red/green I like to switch it up.
I find red days harder but I do them as I personally think I'll get better losses with Red days.

But stick at it 2lb turns into 5lb that turns into a stone. You got to go through all the numbers to get to target otherwise what's alternative? :) x
 
Thanks willfitskinnyjeans. Thinking more positivley today. Im really enjoying my green days and have done ee today because of sunday lunch so hope by mixing it up it will stop me from getting bored. Will be happy with 2lb this week :)

Hey, pleased you are, the first few weeks are crap you can't see anywhere nr to target n ur body is in shock but then it all gets better :)
I love mixing my days. I don't like red days I have no idea why I enjoy the food just the no carb fear even tho I don't eat massive amounts of carbs anyway. But red days seem to get me better results. Well I'll see Friday but fingers crossed. Keep me posted ill keep checking back on you.
