HEX A

Morning, been on plan for 1 week today. Usually have 250ml milk as me HEXA but decided to just syn my milk for my tea this morning and have 2 laughing cow light triangles throughout the day.

In my book it says I can have 5 of these, but I don't really want 5, any ideas what else I could have to make up the xtra 3 i'm not eating.

Hope this makes sense.

I feel a bit weird having 5 cheese triangles LOL

Why not have part of your HEX as the triangles and part as the milk? 2 triangles and 150ml milk.

Or just save the rest of the HEX in case you fancy a bit more milk/cheese later?

Hi. Sorry for hijacking the thread, but just wanted to check if Laughing Cow triangles were allowed as a HexA? I know the normal Dairylea triangles can be used as a HexA but not sure about Laughing Cow. Thanks in advance

The new book has either 6 laughing cow extra light triangles or 5 light triangles.

Can't remember if the older book had a value for the normal laughing cow triangles. I don't like laughing cow and always went for dairylea!

Wish I had too! Laughing Cow was on offer. Took the normal ones as I struggle to get more than 2 eaten a day. I'll just pass them on to someone else thank you
