Just a quick one, is it possible to have a small slice of whole grain bread and a light alien bar as your hexb combined or count the Allen bar as a syn?? Thanks
Yes you can split your healthy extra and half half bread/half alpen light but it would need to be wholemeal bread (or one of the approved white breads) as I think wholegrain is different x
