So I'm a 22-year-old student located in Plymouth. I lost 2st on the cambridge weight plan last spring, but unfortunately gained almost half of it back during the summer.. And I've still got a few more stones to lose before I'm happy. So I discovered the asda meal replacement diet and going to give it a go since it's so much cheaper than going back to cwp. Hoping to lose 2st before Christmas, let's see how it goes! xx
