New to this site but unfortunately not new to diets
I've been overweight since I was 7 and I'm now 26. I've been successful at various diets before but never at maintaining the weight loss, and I've piled on 5st since starting college (finished my B.Ed in three weeks, yippee!) so before I graduate next December I'm determined to be slimmer and healthier!
I'll be doing the Lipotrim diet which I've tried before, but hoping to stick to it for longer this time as I find it easier to do TFR than to constantly think about what I'm eating. If I can keep it up til the end of August then I may be in a better place to start eating healthy. I can do it if I try, I'm just so lazy >.< No more of that, I've started walking too, the dogs think all their birthdays have come at once!
