Been looking at this forum for ages (always good for pro points I can't find lol) and have finally joined
. Been dieting on and off for the last 3 years and my weight has definitely yo-yo'd! My starting weight was 16 stone 7 pounds and at my lightest got to 9 stone 10 pounds. I'm currently 11 stone. I've started a new gym programme this week and so far feeling better. Dunno what the scales are gonna say on Monday but I will keep everyone up to date. I'm also following pro points. I dont go to the meetings as I have been doing it on and off for a year and feel I have the will power to do it at home. I also use my fitness pal aswell so all basis covered I hope
