Hi folks,

So I'm starting yet another diet, in the hope of actually getting near to my goal weight!

I'm hoping to do this using the healthy eating/exercise more method - although I have used this before and not had a huge amount of success!! I have previously got down to about 14.5 stone, but then the gym classes changed and its all crept back on!

So, I turn 26 on 10 August, and I'd like to be approaching my goal weight (if not there) by then.

I'm basically hoping that if I have to talk about what I'm doing, I'll cut back on the secret chocolate and bread rolls! I'm also hoping that when the clocks go forward I'll have more motivation to go out in the evenings, maybe even go jogging?
