Thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 27 (28 in July) & live in Sussex. I originally lost weight a few years ago but due to a move, where I live in the middle of no where & just general stress I put it all back on + more! Back then I was on this site, can't remember my username or anything so hoping it gives me the kick up the bum again.

I'll be doing calorie counting as its the most free flowing for me. I used to do a VLCD but now I'm on medication I won't be doing that again.

Hey Belle, good to see you taking action! One way to burn calories without spending all day in the gym is to get up every hour and walk around for 5 minutes. By the end of the day you would have done 30-60 minutes of walking depending how much you do it. This works really great if you work in an office job. Hope this helps.
