Hi I'm hoping this forum will help me on my journey. I have always been overweight and 2 years ago I finally got down to my ideal (for me) weight and size and never felt so confident. Unfortunately after a bad break up and ill health my weight has crept back up and I'm feeling frumpy and tend to hide myself away. I have lost 8lbs in the past ten days with little diet change and hard work at Zumba fitness so I am looking for some inspiration and ideas for motivation for healthy eating! Hopefully I haven't bored you and I can get back to my comfortable weight and start living life again. I'm 24 :)
