im new too something like this but thought i wud give it a go as i have been reading through some posts and cant believe the support people give and have on here..looks like u can post anything Bout weightloss without feelin silly..
my story in a nutshell ;-) -im 26 years old...and have a 5 year old beautiful daughter and work full time in a desk job..recently got married in may and needless to say have got very comfy lol butttttt i am bridesmaid in spain for my best friends wedding o 5th october and desparatly wana a few pounds for that first...i put on 4 stone after i had my daughter and i never had a weigbt problem.bfor that..i was 11 1/2 stone at 5'8 and now im 14'11...booo..people.alwys tell me im just curvy wich i am but i no a lot of it isnt lololol so started slimming world this week and giving it a good go on xtra easy....;-)

I'm on the cambridge diet for 3 days and I lost 2 pounds already. This diet is tough but the results are for life time if you maintain. You can do this imagine when you reach your goal and wear what you want.

i did slimming world last week abd stuck to it..made the recipes..cudnt have ate anymore fruit and i stayed the same..was truely gutted..i no it works for ppl but cudnt understand it all .:-( wats cambridge diet ?bloodprincess how did u get on ?

I am still waiting for the voucher to arrive in the post so that I can start at the club... If it doesn't come in the post today or monday I will have to wait another week .... boo hiss...:sigh2:
