I have just joined the site and thought I would say hello.

I am in the middle of reading up on all the Slimming World information this week ready to buy stock and start on Monday (don't ask me why Monday, it just falls inline with my weekly shop :) ). I also want to fully understand what I need to do and know so I have less chance of getting it wrong.

I go on holiday in 6 weeks and the thought of a bathing suit fills me with dread. I am not expecting a massive weight loss by then but I would like to feel better about myself so I am hoping 6 weeks is enough time for that at least.

My mum introduced me to the SW diet and has lost approx 6lb in just over a week (she is also a new member on here - sorry for spilling your weight loss updates mum :) ), so after trial and error of many diets and eating plans I am hoping that this is the one that will work for me.
