Im currently on Lipotrim which Ive lost 2st on but I have very bad constipation so Ive decided to go onto atkins as my downfall is anything thats high in carbs like bread or potatoes. Ive seen myself eat 4slices of toast in one go and then go back an hr later and make a sandwich!!! Ive got the original book and the new revised edition,which one is the easiest to follow Im a bit thick!!!! Also anyone doing Atkins that has previously been on LT im worried that I will put on alot of weight when I stop my shakes? I have to do a refeed that lasts 7 days so I will start on atkins when ive done that. Any suggestions and advice are most welcome!
