Hi there. Have just started out on a diet and a friend recommended this site for advice and support. Have tried dieting so many times but always seem to quit as I find counting calories too boring. Am using pro points now as I think counting points will be easier for me to manage. Off on holiday in a month and would love to lose a stone by then and hopefully a second stone by the time I go away again the month after. Am also attending the gym as much as possible and have got myself a cross trainer to help on those days when I've no time for the gym.
