Hi everyone!

I'm new, as in the last 10 minutes, and I hope that this site can really help me stay on my goals.
I am a 5'5 foot girl that weighs over 145 lbs.
So gross!! I'd like to get down to 120. I gained my weight after a bad case of depression. I want to come back and be the best me I can be!!!
I'm so excited to meet others who are interested in weight loss as well. I would love to make friends, discuss goals, and definitely encouraging of each other.
I'm very nice and social.

I am currently on WW have lost 9.9kg and have 16.1kg to go. I am a mum of 4 so the last 10 years of looking after everyone else has taken its toll on me. I have also just quit smoking (day 3) and I am doing the 100 day challenge. So far so good. I weigh in on Fridays.
 
congrats! that's great! I wish my mother would stop smoking because she never sees how damaging it is!
I wish I could do weight watchers but I'm currently unemployed so I have to use home remedies and old fashion dieting to lose the weight. :)
 
I actually don't go to meetings or anything. I brought my point books and calculator from eBay lol. Most of the time small changes will make a big difference. Stick something on the front of your pantry and fridge that will inspire you to make good choices. I wrote my starting weight on the fridge and took a photo of size 10 jeans that I have brought to get into. Helps me to put back the cake and grab the apple instead. :)
