my my name is Kazz and I am from Melborne Australia, we moved here from UK 6 yrs ago and used to live near Winchester in Hampshire.
i have type 2 diabetes which is managed through diet and tablets
i have past the 1/2 century mark and my weight is outta control
1 week into Cambridge diet, step 3 (because of medical issues) first wk saw minimal weight loss which was very disappointing as I was soooooooo good, stuck to it like glue
still sticking with it but I need to see results!
so here I am looking for empathy, support, motivation and the occasional kick up the bum :wave_cry:
