Just wanted to say hello.
I am a newbie and never been on a forum site before. I am seeing things like 'threads' and 'stickies'. All a bit mind boggling!!

How do you post your SW awards? I have my 1/2 stone and some how slimmer of the month and would love to have them on show

Hi there Kazzy, welcome to the forum, well done on your losses so far they are excellent to post your awards you have to to have posted a certain amount of times and you then gain more access to the site.

Hi Kazzy, Welcome again to this forum. Nothing to worry about..."Stickies" are usually rules or regulations that have been put there as a permanent fixture for our information and "Threads"..well you just started one... it's a new or established line of communication.

Well done on your achievement and keep it going.... and don't forget to start up your own diary so we know where to find you for that all important support and help.
