Hi peeps, I've just downloaded the app and am loving it so far! I'm doing WW for a 2nd time, a cheeky stone has crept back on since I did it last year. I'm being my sisters maid of honour in August and need to shed a stone. I'm 33 and a PE Teacher and Zumba Instructor.....fingers crossed i sort the diet out as im pretty sure I do enough exercise! Any advice on eating your exercise points will be happily received! Cheers
