Sorry I only just saw your reply. Have you tried the bars? I'm honking if asking if I can swap my porridge for those if I really can't stand another one in the morning.
I really did like the shake I just had. I'm hoping the soup isn't too bad and I can cope with it. I know it won't be good ha ha.
I currently weigh 12stone 10lbs and want to get down to a flat 8 stone so I have quite a way to go!
