Hi Im from UK but now live in sunnier climes in Tenerife since I retired. Moving to Tenerife was going to be the big healthy new life style, and a year later im still waiting for that to happen! My weight is down though, I used to be 18st and when I left Tenerife to come back to the UK for a few weeks I was at 15.10, but since have discovered the Nutribullet and now im 14.7 and hopefully will continue with it when I return home next week.
still a bit lost on how to use this lol, you've lost a great amount of weight already! Good luck in continuing your progress! ?
