Hi there! I joined SW on 19th October, weighing in at 12st7.5lb. The first week I lost 4.5lbs and last week I lost another 1.5lbs...so pretty much on track. Hubby has also managed to lose 11lbs in the same timeframe! How annoying that men always seem to lose quicker!!:sigh:
Not sure how much weight I want to lose in total...just really want to feel better in my clothes! I've also started walking, which I'm hoping will help. I originally joined SW in the Spring at 13st and went down to 12st...but then got stuck and gave up! So, here I am again, hoping against hope that I can make it work this time. My office is on the 3rd floor and I've started to use the stairs rather than the lift...but my thighs just KILL by the time I get to the 3rd floor!! Hopefully, I'm burning off some calories.
