Hi,

I have recently been doing slimming world in the comfort of my own home with friends. Really still eating what i would normally eat but changing the way it is made and searching for recipes to make meals a bit different but still healthy. It was then that i stumbled across this site and i am so glad i did. I think i have enough recipes to keep me going (but still slimming for the rest of my life lol)

Growing up i was always a small thing, i actually looked like i was never fed full meals, my eldest sister was the same. Oh how i miss the days of being able to eat what i wanted when ever i wanted. Eventually i settled down, got comfy and so did my motabolism apprently. I have struggled with my weight since then and after having my little boy i have decided i need to do something about it. So far i have lost 11lbs.

All hints and tips are greatly appreciated and also i am in desperate need of low syn / syn free snacks for work as thats when i seem to be most hungry at my desk.
I have tried to visualise the vending machines as having horns and angry teeth but it still seems to draw me in.
