Hi im new :)

hi there currently bringing day 3 of s & s to an end succesfully :p, just want a few inspirational posts from fellow dieters on the program? I have about 7 stone to lose? what results can I expect from the diet in the first week etc? I have previously been a yo yo dieter and im not proud to admit nearly starving myself a few years back which resulted in me adding more pounds to my bulk :eek:. Plus I had a rather bad relationship with alcohol which I have now curbed totally!! So looking forward to lurking on the forum, praising you on your success and following your journeys. take care
 
The first few days are supposed to be the worst, so well done on ending day three :) Losses seem to vary between people, so don't compare yourself - losses are losses!! :D Good luck with it, and keep at it!

Hi Hun and welcome :)

I've been on SnS for 15 weeks now and have lost just over 3 an half st! I also had around 7-8st to lose and I'm finding it achievable on this diet :)
My first week I lost 9lbs and was over the moon with it!! This diet has been the best thing I've ever done an I've even made the hubby join me on it now!
If you follow it you will definitely see results! Have a read through some of the diaries they are great for inspiration!

Oh I've done the starvation diet many times.. This is so much better. You can do this ;) x

I'm just ending Week 15 (weigh in tomorrow) and hoping for 3lbs at least this week to put me at the 4.5st lost mark :bliss:

I lost 15lbs in my first week! Started off at 21'4 though. Since then, I've settled down to about 3.5lbs a week on average which is a stone every four weeks which is about right.

I do Lifestyle so 3 packs plus a protein meal. I don't always have the veg allowance though. More often I have just chicken, fish or eggs.

I've gone from a size 24 to a 20. I want to lose another 5st, maybe 6 :D

Thanks guys day four and I can already feel the difference in how I feel in general, so much happier, cleaner etc! wow some of you guys are doing really well congratulations!! I hope I can do myself and everyone else on the plan proud!
 
hi guys now on day 6!! im not a fan of weighing myself i must admit as did get obsessed with it a few years ago, however i will be measuring!! i already feel loads better in myself have more energy and aint hungry - plus just ordered my second batch :)
 
hope everyones proud of me, OH and sister are outside ordering takeaways and im sat in the car with just my bottle of water ...day 10 complete :)
 
You should be really proud of yourself! Well done. It will be worth it :)
