hi *new starter*

hi everyone :) I'm Kim and I have approx 3 stone to lose. I don't do well on sw/ww as only ever lose half a pound or sts totally de-motivating so I have decided a vlcd is the way to go I was going to try Cambridge but my friend who used to do it recommended slim and save as similar but much cheaper. initially I was put off due to spelling mistakes on the website but now I have found this forum dedicated to it I can see it is a legit product!!!

I amazing to place my first order today but not start til 8th as got a weekend break and my birthday before then.

what would you recommend I order? am I allowed meal packs like spag bol on my first week? I want to go at it starting really well so am worried if I just order samples ill run out?? also any tips from people doing the plan already? look forward to chatting more :) x

Hi and welcome! The best idea is to order the sample pack then you can try everything before you put your first custom order in. The sample pack will allow you enough for 7 days at 4packs or 9 Days with protein. It's best to make up your own mind on flavours as everyone's tastes are different.

Hello and welcome.
Definitely go for the trial samples; with next day delivery you should be fine ordering more; just have a protein meal for breakfast if you run out of packs before the delivery arrives.
 
Welcome. Ordering and delivery is really easy so you just need to order a couple of days before you run out and you'll be fine. Stay in touch :)

You can have any combination of shakes/ meals/ porridge etc the only restriction is bars - you're only only allowed 1 per day.


Like the others have said definately go for the sample pack. There are packs I thought I would love - which I actually really dislike and vice versa, so it helps to give them all a try before ordering in bulk.

Its hard the first few days but since then I haven't looked back. I'm now in my 4th week.

You'd be the best judge of what flavours you prefer once you've sampled the starter pack.
All the shakes are pleasant and very moorish I love love them all really.
Wasn't too keen on some of the soups but now loving them with my veg allowance.
I have the chocolate bars but feel cheated if I have to eat one for a meal as the shakes are more substantial.
The meals are mostly all nice but again peoples tastes vary.
