Hi Guys!

I'm another newbie here,
I've done a bit of yo yoing over the last couple of years lost about a stone between moving from ww old system to slimming world, back to ww pro points, back to si again......

Giving myself a kick up the backside now as i've gone back up to my original weight now and i just joined WW again lastnight so heres hoping it goes well.

I've been upping my exercise a lot in the last 6 weeks or so so possibly some weight gain is down to muscle gain as i'm doing kickboxing 3 times a week, but time will tell..

Hello xx that sounds just like me lol WW then SW, WW pro points, SW,SW etc etc I'm
Back on Atkins as it seems to suit me better and I find it easy even when going out x good luck xx
