Hi everyone! I'm Sally and I'm starting my first ever diet.
I've always lead a very active lifestyle which helped keep me around 9 to 9 and a half stone however since leaving university and taking an office job I've put on nearly a stone and a half. I decided enough was enough when I couldn't button up my favourite jeans anymore :sigh:
Lots of people recommended Slimming World to me so here I am on day 2 looking for a bit of support because as easy as it is, I'm not used to all this counting and weighing and food categories stuff.
It's my birthday in August and the husband is taking me on holiday, I would love to be around 9 stone by then so I don't have to buy lots of new Summer clothes!
Any help and advice would be much appreciated!
