Hi x

Hi. I am stuck in a rut! I'm 27 and had my beautiful baby girl in January and can not shift the baby weight. I currently weigh 12st 6lbs and am 5ft tall. My BMI is 34 :-( I got to target with weight watchers points back in 2002 and down to 9 stone and lost a total of 73lbs and felt amazing. Since then I have gained a bit and since the baby I'm at the heaviest I have been since then. In the last 6 years I have tried many diets and had success on Slimming World Red & Green days losing 21lbs back in 2008. I don't like the new pro points system so won't be doing that. I can't decide which of the two diets to go back to so can anyone tell me if they have had much success on either of these two recently to help me make up my mind? Thank you xx

Hi there. I'm 27, I gave birth to my little boy in February and want to lose some baby weight asap! Sounds like we have a lot in common lol. I agree with you on not liking the new pro points system for weight watchers and so I started slimming world Extra easy on mon and so far it's great. It's easy and I'm enjoying it. I am so worried I won't have lost anything this week tho. I've stuck to it rigidly but just can't believe I can actually lose weight eating wot I am. Will let u know how I get on. If it works do u fancy doing it with me? I'm 11st 5.5lb and would like to be between 9 and 9.5st. We could do it together and help each other. Do u eat anything or everything or ru fussy like me? Ww always had me hungry but I feel full all the time on this. It's so much easier without having to count points and weigh everything :) Good luck whatever you decide and congratulations on ur little girl xXx

Hi Emzy 13. I know slimming world works but always found it a bit expensive when I was doing extra easy. I have decided today to do a red day so the old version of slimming world. Got a chicken in the oven :) I so need to do this as feeling massive! Yes we could be slimming buddies! Congrats on your little boy. It's the best thing being a mummy :) x
