Hi I'm new on here!! I weighed in on Monday at a horrifying 16st 2 lbs I'm just wondering what you all think is the most effective diet? I am just cutting down and trying to calorie count but it's awful when your busy! I am also going to the gym iv been four times since sat. Thanks for you help in advance x
I think the best thing is to look around the forums at the different diets and see if you see something you like and then give it a try.
All diets have a level of commitment and finding one that will suit your needs and life style is half the battle.
