Hi there - just swapped back to WW for the last time (I have been a serial diet changer but realise now that that has to stop - was getting me nowhere fast).

Used to do SW but for some reason cannot get my mind round it anymore and am enjoying the freedom propoints gives to enjoy my food, whatever it may be, in a controlled manner - if that makes any kind of sense :D

Anyway that's me - off to update my signature now.
 
I can relate. Passed back and forth between sw and ww for months. Even tried calories. Fancied ice cream (not exactly healthy) but would have been way over on syns and to be honest the free food was too free so i have came back to ww. Can control portions and have a treat without blowing it. There is now filling and healthy if we fancy a day or few off counting. The very best of luck. X

Thanks everyone - going well so far - I think I still have 11 pps to get rid off (been stuffing my face with fruit and veg). Forgot to mention I have also tried the CC thing as well.
