Hi everyone just thought i would say hello i just started slimming world on monday i am enjoying it so far but finding it a bit hard to get my head\around how much u can eat i have always been a weight watchers follower but fancied a change i am a home carer and work upwards of 50 hours a week so any ideas for lunches and teas on the go are welcome. anyhoo hope to get to know u all xx
