hi Hanah, take it from someone who was 20st and is 5ft7" your in the right place ;) what method are you using mate? keep us informed of how your doing ;)
 
Well at the moment I'm just concentrating on eating less which I suppose is a good start! But me an my mum were thinking of joining WW or SW but we haven't decided which yet. My aunties also been doing the fasting diet so I was looking into that a bit but I'm not sure. I've started taking green tea tabs and raspberry keytones which are suppose to be good but we'll see how it goes I guess :)

Welcome and good luck on your journey. I couldn't diet by fasting personally, it would give me migraine. I have done them all over the years, but think SW seems good from the fact you can fill up on free food and eat more if you are still hungry.

I've decided to just try and eat well for now. I tried teas ting thing but by the end of the day I wanted to eat my own arm an pigged out instead so that didn't go well! Then I tried low low carb for a day but that jut made me want to eat everything I laid eyes on! I'm not good at this diet thing hahah. Now I'm just trying to calorie count an have a little treat every now and then. Still trying to figure it all out really. Gonna speak to my mum about joining a club or jut doing it from home. One or the other :)

I have tried CC and was ok, memory is a bit vague though, not sure if it was something like 300 for breakfast and again for dinner and 400 for evening meal and 200 for snacks. Hope it works well for you :)

I'm just doing under 1500 an actually trying to make sure I have breakfast. That and making sure I get a bit of exercise every if it's just walking for half an hour or so :)
