Hi everyone Decided to join minimins as every time I search for something in google this website generally has an answer.

Im doing slimming world (again) as I have about 2 stone to lose after having my very unexpected little girl in August. Need all the help I can get too as it's slow.

Why did you stop sw the first time?

I had a bit of a shock last January and found out I was pregnant after a 10 year gap. At 39 it was totally unexpected and I suppose I just went off rails. It was more to do with being exhausted and working full time though tbh I had no time or energy to preoare. Haha excuses excuses eh!

I know the feeling of work consuming time, head space and exhaustion.
