Hey Guys im back from Germany and i must say Bremen is a lovely city

And NO MORE FLAPJACKS omg!! They were awful!!! And I have a confession when we were there i went to get my 1st one and i gagged i couldnt eat it so i had to eat a salad it was plain just lettuce i felt awful but i was sooooooo hungry. I cheaked my ketosticks and sill in ketosis!! Kinda beating myself up about it a lot :cry: didnt want to eat :sigh:

Oh yeah i ended up spliting my shakes so i had enough and I even made one shake in a restaurant ha ha ha ah
