I'm new too and on Slimfast. I started on Friday and I've already lost 2lbs, Yay!
I'm also having my meal at lunchtime. I have a shake/smoothie for breakie, a sandwich or soup with fruit for lunch then slimfast cereal for my dinner - I hope the cereal tastes okay...I've never had it before.
