Hitting the gym!

Hey!

So I'm nearly 4 stone down now using Exante for 3 months! I'm nearly where I want to be! Woohoo!

Now I want to hit the gym hard but am not sure if I need to start eating properly before I do or can I stay on Exante? I'm still on TS but I am now occasionally eating meals in the evening (chicken, salad, veg).

I looked into getting a trainer to advise me properly but they were well expensive and there is so much info on the internet that I just don't know where to start! If anyone can advise me, I would really appreciate it!

Do you do any exercise at all just now ?
 
Exante recommend exercising for 20 mins a day anyway, so if you are running for that amount of time, you may be able to stay TS.
If you feel that you need to add in a low carb meal, or another pack, then you should.
If I exercise alot, thats all I do.
Whether its right or not, I am not sure, as we are all different, an that works for me :)
