Hi, I'm Kim, I'm 19 and I thought I'd introduce myself before I started exploring.

I'm not really sure how much information I should put here, but suffice to say I've always struggled with my weight. I was a pretty chubby kid, and I just never got a grip on it. I've never been great at eating the correct things, but I used to enjoy P.E a lot and so I didn't feel overweight. But then I left school at 16 and I just ballooned, to the point that I am now 'morbidly obese'. I hate it, but I just don't know where to start. And when I do start, how do I keep going? There's just so much to lose and it's such a big battle. I need to find/do something that sticks, though. I've been part of forums in the past, and enjoyed it a lot, so I thought I'd give it a go here.

Anyway, sorry for rambling. Hello :)

I posted this and then had to pop out so I haven't had a chance to look at the diets. Although I'm not 100% on whether I want a plan as such. I feel like I want to just develop a healthier attitude towards eating and exercise, rather than have this plan with rules and whatnot. But perhaps I need some structure in order to get to that place where I can make the right decisions by myself, if that makes sense. So yeah, I'll have a look and I will pick one, now that I think about it. And I'm not in any class, no. I did go to Slimming World sometime last year, but I didn't feel it was right for me. I'm trying to find the right approach, and I hope this could be it - following a plan essentially alone, but with the support of others who are in the same position.
