Holidays-advice

Advice needed please!!

heading off on holiday in a few weeks and on a roll with this programmer and not wanting to undo all my work so far!!!

problem is hotel I'm going to I will not have access to a microwave and going to struggle making the meals up!!!

dont like the shakes and was wondering if I was to stick to protein ie chicken or just plain meats will this keep me on track or least on an even keel? Can balance out the the rest of day with the soups!!

any advice from folk who have experience doing this, it would be muchly appreciated!!!:0)
palso hoping a week in the sun will distract me from thinking about food all the time and I can swim and read on sun loungers sipping plenty of h2o!!!:0)

Take soups and bars with you and just do a 3pack and a protein meal days for that week. If you stick to carb free you can limit the damage and probably still lose! It's a shame you don't like the shakes!
 
I would have a bar, a soup and a shake everyday with an additional protein meal. I know you said that you don't like the shakes - neither do I particularly but I had them when travelling because they are so convenient. It's just fuel after all.
