I know i saw a holiday thread before but I've got a specific query! Been away for a few days visiting a friend and haven't managed to be rigid with the diet logistically. Ie I missed a day of oat bran, had a wee bit gravy on beef and ate sweetcorn (which i hear is banned? It was grilled). I also know my water intake was low, although my calories were minimal too cause I was too busy shopping (oops). I know cause I did 2 pv in a row I should now do 2 pp to cancel it, is it worth doing a few more to get back on track (I did 10 days initially and I don't mind pp). Thanks guys, advice is much appreciated!
 
Do a couple of PPs if you think you need them to balance things out but you've been so good in the bigger picture so I don't think there's any need to 'punish' your body!
Yes sweetcorn is not allowed but that was definitely better than having chips or baked potatoes with butter... Hope you had a good weekend!
 
Thanks. Was the best of a bad bunch-other options were all fried or potatoes/rice/chips so I thought it was the lesser of some evils! Think I might lay off the weighing until next week so I don't get too downhearted. Almost worried I've not eaten enough to lose, so I'll get properly into the exercise once I'm back and do a few pp to even things out. Will be gutted if i put on :(

Any smart ideas on how to conceal 6 new dresses?! Talk about overkill haha x
 
Think it may be ok- I weigh myself at work and was 13st on thurs. Not back at that work till next mon, but when I weighed at job 2 later last thurs i was over 13. Tonight, in heavier clothes I was bang on 13 so I may have a wee loss! (only count the work number 1 weight!) x
 
I think a couple of PP's to balance the PV but really don't be hard on yourself. You did well in the grand scheme and things and amazing that you didn't have bread, sugar, cakes etc etc etc!!! Could have been majorly worse. Well done!!!
